How long are the Sugar Scrubs good for?
Due to the natural ingredients used, we recommend using them within 6 months.
How long will the scent of the lavender sachet last?
Honestly, there is no set answer, however if the scent starts to fade, just give the sachet a gentle squeeze to release the lavender aroma. Many of our sachets have lasted years and are still going strong.
Will the Sugar Scrubs cause a slippery surface?
They definitely can, any surface involving oil and/or water can become slippery, so use caution.
Do you test your products on animals?
Absolutely not. We are 100% cruelty-free, our products have never- and will never- be tested on animals. We prefer to test our products on family and friends, and ourselves of course!
I live outside the United States. Can your products be shipped to me?
At this time, we only ship within the US.
What shipping method do you use?
Most of our packages are shipped by UPS. However, some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier.
My product melted or froze during shipping to a hot climate or cold climate area what should I do?
Due to the natural nature of some of our products, there may be instances where the product melts a little during shipping to hot climate areas. If this happens, please refrigerate for 3-4 hours and the product will solidify. The product will look like there is less in your jar and this is due to the air being out of the jar which happens during our whipping process. If your product is frozen (which rarely happens) you will let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours and the product will soften. The quality and benefits that the product offers to your skin aren't affected by melting or freezing. Give it a stir and you are good to go.

How soon will my order ship?
We aim to ship your order out as soon as possible. That being said, to ensure the highest quality, many handmade products are made to order or in small batches, therefore may ship within 2-3 business days, see product details or contact costumer service for more details. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns at this time. However, if there is any problem with your order or you are not satisfied, please contact us. See specific product details or contact customer service for eligible returns.
